SW Mn. Crash Injures Two People From George
(Adrian, Mn.)-- A rollover Wednesday south of Adrian, Minnesota injured two people from northwest Iowa.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 37-year-old Michelle Walters of George was southbound on Highway 91 and was text messaging on a cell phone when she drifted onto the gravel shoulder. Authorities say Walters over-corrected, which caused the pickup she was driving to skid sideways. It went ... |

Clay Co. Crash Injures Arnolds Park Woman
(Spencer)-- A single-vehicle crash Wednesday in Clay county injured an Arnolds Park woman.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office says 38-year-old Wendy Barnard of Arnolds Park was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe southbound on 240th Avenue when she lost control on the frost-covered road.

Spirit Lake Traffic Stop Results In Drug Arrest
(Spirit Lake)-- A traffic stop Tuesday evening in Spirit Lake resulted in drug charges against a Spirit Lake man.
Spirit Lake police say an officer pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation around 10:45 p.m.
The driver, 22-year-old Jessica Doty of Spirit Lake, was issued a citation for speeding.
