Y100's Idol Palooza Rules |
| 1. |
This is a singing competition. Sign up at the bar is 1/2 hour before the competition begins. The first 20 to sign up will get to sing. Contestants will be judged on 1) vocals, 2) style, 3) crowd interaction. |

"Y100 Presents Idol Palooza " promotion will air on KUYY-FM from Friday, June 21, 2007 through Friday, August 10, 2007. |

Eligibility is open to all; except, however, it is a policy of KUYY that with respect to prizes awarded on air, there shall be no more than one prize awarded to the same family in any 30 day period. Employees of NRG Media Inc., their I.R.S. dependents,AND THE EMPLOYEES OF ALL PARTICIPATING SPONSOR LOCATIONS, THEIR; I.R.S. DEPENDENTS, ARE ALL BARRED FROM PARTICIPATION. |

How to claim prize: All prizes must be picked up at the KUYY studio location, 2303 West 18th Street, in Spencer, Iowa. Winner must present valid drivers license, or some form of picture I.D. when claiming prize, and must sign a KUYY prize claim form. Any prize not claimed within 30 days once again becomes the property of KUYY. KUYY studio location is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. |

Taxes: All appropriate tax liabilities belong to the prize winner. In the event any prize given by KUYY is valued in excess of $600, KUYY will provide an I.R.S. 1099 value form that must be signed by the prize winner at time prize is claimed. Any failure to comply with these tax regulations will result in immediate forfeiture of prize. |

Verification: All contestant eligibility will be at the sole discretion of judges provided by NRG Media, Inc. |

“Y100's Idol Palooza ” grand prize winner to receive 4 tickets to American Idols Live Concert, Airfare Courtesy of Leading Edge Aviation and Gate Admission to Iowa State Fair Des Moines August 19th.
In the event of inclement weather, it will be the winner's responsiblity to arrange for transportation. Leading Edge Aviation can not operate aircraft during bad weather conditions.

Grand Prize winner of “Y100's” promotion must be 21 years of age, and have a valid Iowa Drivers License. The grand prize has no monetary value and is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. |

Copies of the KUYY "Y100's Idol Palooza " rules will be available at the KUYY business office during normal business hours; or upon request, a copy of these rules can be mailed by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope to KUYY, 2303 W.18th St, Spencer, IA 51301 |
